Don't worry! that's why we are here. We start with a brief 15-30 minute phone call to get to know you, your project and to see how many levels of compatibility we have. We need 23 levels of compatibility to continue. Just kidding. If it's a good fit we'll schedule a formal Exploration Meeting where we'll invite you to our offices for a day where we'll scope out your project, discuss design direction and clarify your goals, among other items. After that meeting we'll provide a detailed proposal and project timeline, and hopefully get started shortly thereafter.

This is a great question to ask and you should ask it of any web design and development firm you are considering. Many firms will farm out work to freelancers or interns. Some firms give little or no access to client’s who want to speak directly with their designers or developers. Our clients also work directly with our others team members by phone call or by meeting. Who that will be depends on your project needs and what stage of the process you are in during the project.

We listen to our clients from the start. We encourage the client to bring in any samples, color combinations/swatches, and ideas they may have to help us get an idea of style before starting to work with new clients. During the design process, the client is asked to approve certain colors and fonts before work continues. Once the design project is ready for print we will submit a final proof for the customer’s approval before submitting to production. Once a job is in production, the job cannot be cancelled.

Prices depend on many variants, but you can be sure you are getting a great value for your design project. Most design jobs are charged by the project type. We also bill in 15min increments for web work. If you have small changes to a pre-existing file that takes 5 min for a quick update, we will charge the min amount as per rule. YES! Everything that we build will be 100% owned by you. Most of our clients stay with us for the life of the website. Our team is just irresistible that way. But if for any reason you decide you want to take your site to another hosting service and get another company to service the site, we will happily assist you in making the transition as effortlessly and efficiently as possible. The website is yours after all, and we want you to take it wherever you go.

All websites that Eternity Web created must live in our servers. However, if at any time you wish to move to a new web firm + web host, we will package up your site at no cost to send to the new firm. Though at that time, we will no longer be able to support your site. On top of that Designerscodes also has a 3rd party 24/7/365 security and monitoring team, so even when we are all sleeping, your server is being watched over. As a result your web content is always secured from hacking staff.

How does the development process work? There are many steps in our development process . Discovery – If the project is a rebuild, we review your current content and make further recommendations for improvements. Content – You compile all the content for the website, including all text and images. Design – We create a home page concept including colors, fonts, image style and layout. Page Content – When we have all the content that will be included on the site and an approved design, we will enter all the data.

We specialize in XHTML, CSS and Flash, but are very experienced with JavaScript, DHTML, XML, PHP, and others. Although it's unlikely, if there's something we can't do, we can reach out to our network of partners for additional services (at no additional cost to you).

Absolutely! In fact, we encourage it. We build your website on our development server, and provide you with a username and password so that you can log in and monitor the progress of your site. During this phase, we encourage your feedback if something isn't quite the way you envisioned it or if you've changed your mind. Once your site is ready and you have provided your approval, we release it live on your server and submit your URL to the major search engines.

Yes. Our web design and development service includes configuration of your email accounts, detailed monthly traffic reports and basic search engine optimization services. Basic SEO includes submission of your site to the major search engines, and the setup of your primary metatag information (Page Title, Description and Keywords). Additionally, your site is built from the ground up with search engine friendly technologies and methods.

We require 50% deposit of the contract value at the time of finalizing the project. When you'll approve design, we complete the coding of the website and we will show you the site through our test server. After your approval you need to pay the remaining 50% to enable us to transfer the whole site to your server.
