- Service Nature Acknowledgement
By placing an order for our services, you acknowledge that our offerings involve significant planning, time, resource allocation, and man-hours. Once initiated, these services cannot be reversed or resold, unlike physical goods.
- Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation Window:
You may request cancellation within 48 hours (2 days) of placing the order, provided that active development, planning, or delivery has not already begun. - No Cancellation After 48 Hours:
After 2 days of placing the order, no cancellations will be accepted under normal circumstances, as work typically commences during this period. - Forceful Termination by Client:
If a client insists on terminating the project after the allowed window, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion, based on:- The work already completed
- Resource cost incurred
- Payment milestones agreed upon
- Refund Policy
- No Full Refunds After Project Start:
Once a project has been initiated and/or partially delivered, full refunds will not be issued under any circumstance. - Eligibility for Partial Refunds:
Partial refunds (if any) will be processed only if:- You cancel the service within the allowed timeframe
- No substantial work has been performed
- The reason for cancellation is found to be valid and genuine after internal review
- Non-Refundable Services:
Payments made toward:- Custom development work (website, app, software)
- Digital marketing campaigns (after launch)
- Career course enrollments (once classes have started)
- Domain registrations, hosting services, third-party purchases
are strictly non-refundable.
- Timeline for Refunds
If a refund is approved:
- It will be processed within 7 working days from the date of approval.
- The refund amount will be credited to the original mode of payment or via bank transfer.
- Dispute Resolution
In the case of disagreements, we encourage you to contact our Customer Service Team to resolve issues amicably. If mutual agreement cannot be reached, the decision of Wikee Internet Private Limited will be considered final, subject to applicable laws.
